Challenge

Creator collaborations involve different amounts, content types, completion statuses and payment statuses. When those details live in messages or notes, it becomes hard to understand current workload and outstanding payment.

Solution

Collab brings job tracking and payment tracking into the same workspace while keeping them as separate statuses. The dashboard highlights total commission, received amount, unpaid amount and job count.
